Elsa Guadalupe Hernández Castillo, is lawyer by the Escuela Libre de Derecho and has a master’s degree in business administration by IPADE Business School.

She has extensive experience in various legal fields, such as corporate law, administrative law and notarial law. Elsa Guadalupe Hernández Castillo, has been manager and legal director for Mexico and Latin America in important transnational companies of regulated sectors (Unilever, Diageo and Perrigo-Gelcaps): food, beverages, personal care, alcoholic beverages, medicines, medical devices, and nutritionals. She has also been secretary and member of various Boards of Directors of subsidiaries of transnational and national companies. She has experience as a “Compliance and Data Privacy Officer”, which is why she is an expert in international legal regulations such as the FCPA and the Anti-bribery Act.

Elsa Guadalupe Hernández Castillo’s professional practice has allowed her to have a strategic, global and integral vision as a business legal advisor.
